Successful coach in girls hockey and baseball, and boys All Star hockey in Cannington Ontario, then coaching All Star boys hockey in Whitby Ontario, winning All Ontario and International Silver Stick with Brooklyn Whitby.
Coached men’s hockey in Toronto and senior ladies in Oshawa.
Joined Durham Regional Police Force as an auxiliary Policeman.
Started a consulting business in Oshawa, representing automotive suppliers from Mexico, United States, and China, for Toyota, General Motors and Chrysler.
Wrote a short story for the Kingston Whig Standard.
Moved to western Canada and began writing book length stories after attending the Alexander Writing Society of Calgary greatly assisted with my writing skills
First book published September 2018, “West of the Rideau “
Working on three additional books currently
Father, Dennis T Patrick Sears was also a writer, writing three books in the mid seventies, one a best seller in Canada, “A Lark in the Clear Air” as well as, “Aunty High Over The Barley Mow” and “Fair day’s Along the Talbert”
